Manufacturing Process & Quality Control

High-Quality Melting & Precision Rolling: Utilizing advanced vacuum melting (VIM/VAR/ESR) technologies to produce high-purity nickel-based alloy ingots. Subsequently, through rigorously controlled hot rolling and multi-roll precision cold rolling processes, we ensure the coil/strip's density, uniformity, excellent surface finish, strict thickness tolerances, and optimized mechanical properties.

Controlled Heat Treatment: Implementing precise solution annealing, bright annealing, and/or aging treatments to relieve processing stress, optimize grain structure, which helps to ensure the material's creep strength, oxidation resistance, formability, ductility, and stable performance in subsequent processing and actual applications.

High-Precision Slitting & Edge Processing: Employing high-precision slitting equipment to ensure precise strip width, and offering various edge treatments to meet customers' specific requirements for edge quality (e.g., for automated feeding, stamping needs).

Rigorous Quality Testing (INSPECTIONS):

Raw Material Inspection: Strict chemical composition analysis (ICP-OES, GDMS, etc.), including precise control over trace impurities and alloy element content.

Internal Flaw Detection: Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and/or Eddy Current Testing (ET) are performed on finished coils/strips to ensure the absence of internal cracks, inclusions, delaminations, and other defects.

Geometric Dimensions & Visual Inspection: Precise measurement of thickness, width, flatness, camber, coil set, and high-precision visual and automated inspection for surface defects (e.g., scratches, indentations, oxide scale).

Mechanical Properties Testing: Tensile Strength (Elongation, Yield Strength, Tensile Strength, including high-temperature tensile), Hardness Test, Impact Test, Bend Test, Creep Test (as required), Fatigue Test (as required).

Corrosion Testing: Corrosion tests in specific corrosive media (e.g., ASTM G28, G48, G35, G36) are performed to verify durability in harsh chemical environments.

Metallographic Analysis: Evaluation of grain size and microstructure to ensure conformity with standards and final application requirements.

Traceability: Comprehensive material reports are provided, ensuring complete traceability from raw material to final coil/strip, with support for independent third-party certification.
