High-Quality Melting & Rolling: Utilizing advanced vacuum melting (VIM/VAR/ESR) technologies to produce high-purity nickel-based alloy ingots. Subsequently, through rigorously controlled hot rolling and precision cold rolling processes, we ensure the plate's density, uniformity, and excellent mechanical properties.

Precision Heat Treatment: Implementing precise solution annealing and/or aging treatments to relieve processing stress, optimize grain structure, and ensure the material's creep strength, oxidation resistance, and ultimate service performance.

High-Precision Processing & Cutting: Offering precision cutting services (laser, waterjet, plasma, shearing) and flattening/leveling services, ensuring accurate plate dimensions and superior edge quality.

Rigorous Quality Testing (INSPECTIONS):

Raw Material Inspection: Strict chemical composition analysis (Spectro Test), including precise control over trace impurities and alloy element content.

Internal Flaw Detection: Ultrasonic Testing (UT) is performed on finished plates/sheets to ensure the absence of internal cracks, inclusions, delaminations, and other defects.

Geometric Dimensions & Visual Inspection: Precise measurement of thickness, width, length, flatness, and high-precision visual and automated inspection for surface defects (e.g., scratches, indentations, oxide scale).

Mechanical Properties Testing: Tensile Test (Elongation, Yield Strength, Tensile Strength, including high-temperature tensile), Hardness Test, Impact Test, Bend Test, Creep Test (as required), Fatigue Test (as required).

Corrosion Testing: Corrosion tests in specific corrosive media (e.g., ASTM G28, G48, G35, G36) are performed to verify durability in harsh chemical environments.

Metallographic Analysis: Evaluation of grain size and microstructure to ensure conformity with standards and final application requirements.

Traceability: Comprehensive material reports are provided, ensuring complete traceability from raw material to final plate/sheet, with support for independent third-party certification.
