Material Grades:

Hastelloy C-276 Series (UNS N10276 / W.Nr. 2.4819): Offering excellent resistance to strong oxidizers, wet chlorine, and organic/inorganic mixed acids, suitable for severe corrosive fluid handling.

Hastelloy Alloy Series: C-22 (enhanced crevice corrosion & pitting resistance), B-2 / B-3 (extreme resistance to pure reducing hydrochloric acid), C-2000, Hastelloy X (high thermal stability and oxidation resistance), etc.

Manufacturing Standards:

Primary Standard: ASTM B574 / ASME SB574 (Standard Specification for Low-Carbon Nickel-Alloy Rod).

Aerospace Material Standard (AMS): AMS 5798, AMS 5754, etc.

Manufacturing Process & Quality Control

Advanced Melting & Forging Processes: Utilizing VIM + ESR vacuum melting for pure metallurgical structure, and precision hot forging / cold drawing for optimal mechanical properties.

Precise Heat Treatment: Controlled solution annealing is performed to optimize material microstructure, relieve internal stresses, and achieve maximum corrosion resistance and machinability.

High-Precision Fabrication & Processing: Employing centerless grinding and CNC equipment to ensure tight diameter tolerances (h8/h9), excellent straightness, and smooth surface finish.

Rigorous Quality Testing (INSPECTIONS):

• Raw Material & In-Process Inspection: Chemical Composition Analysis (Spectro Test / PMI), and monitoring during forging processes.

  
  

• Geometric Dimensional Inspection: Visual Inspection, precise measurement of diameter, straightness, ovality, and surface defects.

  
  

• Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): 100% Ultrasonic Testing (UT per ASTM A388 / SEP 1921) for internal flaw detection.

  
  

• Mechanical Properties Testing: Tension Test (Elongation, Yield Strength, Tensile Strength), Hardness Test.
