Vacuum Melting & Piercing: Premium VIM + ESR ingots, hot extrusion, and precision cold drawing/rolling (Pilgering) for flawless internal and external surface quality.


Controlled Solution Annealing: Full solution heat treatment and rapid quenching to ensure maximum corrosion resistance and mechanical strength.


High-Precision Fabrication: Cold drawing, precision end beveling, custom saw-cutting, and U-bend fabrication.


Rigorous Quality Testing (INSPECTIONS):


Chemical Analysis: Spectro test and PMI verification per MTC.


Geometric Inspection: Precise OD, Wall Thickness (WT), length, straightness, and ovality checks.


Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): 100% Hydrostatic Test, Eddy Current Testing (ECT), or Ultrasonic Testing (UT per ASTM B622) to guarantee zero leakage.


Radiographic Testing (RT): 100% X-ray inspection on weld seams for welded pipes (ASTM B619/B626).


Mechanical & Metallurgical Testing: Tensile, Yield, Elongation, Flattening, Flaring, Hardness, and Intergranular Corrosion Testing (ASTM G28).
