  • Material Grades:

    • Hastelloy C-276 Series (UNS N10276 / 2.4819): The standard corrosion-resistant material. Exceptional resistance to wet chlorine, hypochlorites, ferric/cupric chlorides, and strong oxidizing/reducing environments.

    • Hastelloy C-22 Series (UNS N06022 / 2.4602): Superior resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking compared to C-276 in mixed chemical environments.

    • Hastelloy B-2 / B-3 Series: Specifically designed for pure reducing acid environments, offering extreme resistance to hydrochloric acid at all concentrations and temperatures.

    • Hastelloy C-2000 & Hastelloy X: Versatile Ni-Cr-Mo/Fe alloys providing excellent thermal stability, high-temperature oxidation resistance, and mixed-acid performance.


  • Size Range:

    • Cold Rolled Sheet: Thickness 0.5 mm – 4.0 mm; Width: 1000 mm / 1220 mm / 1500 mm.

    • Hot Rolled Plate: Thickness 4.0 mm – 80 mm; Custom lengths to minimize material loss.
