Inconel 600 / 601 Series: High oxidation and carburization resistance at elevated temperatures up to 1093°C (2000°F).


Inconel 625 Series: Exceptional resistance to severe pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride-ion stress corrosion cracking (SCC).


Inconel 718 / X-750 Series: High-strength precipitation-hardenable alloys featuring superior tensile and creep-rupture strength for aerospace and gas turbines.

Custom Processing: Waterjet, laser, and plasma precision cutting according to customer CAD drawings.



Manufacturing Process & Quality Control


VIM + ESR Melting: Vacuum Induction Melting + Electroslag Remelting for optimal microstructural cleanliness.


Rolling & Precision Heat Treatment: Controlled hot/cold rolling and solution annealing (or precipitation aging for Inconel 718).


Rigorous Inspections:


Chemical & Physical: Spectro Test, PMI, Tensile, Yield, Hardness, and High-Temp Rupturing.


Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): 100% Ultrasonic Testing (UT) for heavy plates per ASTM A578 / SEP 1921.


Dimensions: Thickness tolerance, flatness, diagonal accuracy, and surface quality checks.


Traceability: Full material traceability per ISO 9001:2015 with EN 10204 3.1 MTC. Third-party inspection (SGS/TUV) supported.
