Material Grades:

Commercially Pure (CP) Titanium Series: GR1, GR2, GR3, GR4 .(offering excellent corrosion resistance, good formability, and weldability)

Titanium Alloy Series: GR5 (TC4, Ti-6Al-4V) (with high tensile strength). GR7 (molybdenum-containing titanium alloy, with stronger corrosion resistance). GR9 (Ti-3Al-2.5V) (with higher strength and lower density). GR11, GR12, GR23 (Biocompatible Ti-6Al-4V ELI) (this material contains a lower oxygen content, has better biocompatibility). GR10, GR16, GR17 and more are also available.

Advanced Wire Forming Processes:

High-Quality Raw Materials: Utilizing high-purity titanium sponge and alloy elements, produced through advanced vacuum melting technologies  to create high-purity titanium ingots, ensuring the quality of the wire's material source.

Precision Wire Forming: Titanium wire is manufactured through rigorously controlled hot rolling and precision cold drawing and/or cold rolling processes . This optimizes grain structure and ensures superior density, uniformity, and excellent mechanical properties, especially for ultra-fine gauges.

Controlled Heat Treatment: Implementing precise annealing (including multi-pass vacuum annealing), solution treatment, and/or aging treatments to relieve processing stress, optimize grain structure, and ensure the material's ductility, strength, and long-term stability in use.

High-Precision Finishing: Offering turning, grinding, polishing, and other finishing services to ensure precise diameter dimensions and surface finish, meeting high-precision application demands.

Rigorous Quality Testing (INSPECTIONS):

Raw Material Inspection: Strict chemical composition analysis (e.g., Spectro Test) of titanium sponge and alloy elements.

In-Process Quality Testing: We conduct strict testing of dimensions, strength, corrosion resistance, and other indicators on each batch of products during production.

Internal Flaw Detection: Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and/or Eddy Current Testing (ET) are performed on finished wire (especially for welding wire or critical applications) to ensure the absence of internal cracks, inclusions, porosity, and other defects.

Geometric Dimensions & Visual Inspection: Precise measurement of diameter, length, straightness, ovality, and high-precision visual and automated inspection for surface defects (e.g., scratches, indentations).

Mechanical Properties Testing: Tensile Test (Elongation, Yield Strength, Tensile Strength), Hardness Test, Impact Test, Bend Test, and Torsion Test (crucial for wire), ensuring material meets precise mechanical requirements.

Metallographic & Cleanliness Testing: Metallographic Analysis to evaluate grain size and microstructure. Cleanliness Testing for special applications (e.g., medical, electronics).

Corrosion Testing: Corrosion tests in specific corrosive media are performed to verify durability in harsh chemical environments.

Complete Traceability: We provide a full material report for each batch, ensuring complete traceability from raw material to final wire, with support for independent third-party certification upon request.
