Unalloyed Zirconium: R60700(Zr-0) / R60701 / R60702(Zr-1): This series consists of commercial-grade pure zirconium, which exhibits extremely high chemical inertness. In environments containing strong acids (sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid) and strong alkalis, its corrosion resistance far exceeds that of ordinary stainless steel and nickel-based alloys, making it a critical material choice for chemical corrosion-resistant equipment.
Zirconium Alloys: 1. R60704(Zr-3): Zirconium-tin alloy. By adding elements such as tin (Sn), this alloy enhances mechanical strength and creep resistance while retaining zirconium’s excellent corrosion resistance, thereby balancing structural strength with chemical stability.
