Material Grade:

Commercially Pure (CP) Titanium Series: Gr1 (TA1)/ BT1-00, Gr2 (TA2)/ BT1-0, Gr3 (TA3)/ BT1-2, Gr4 (TA4) - Possess high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and good workability.

Titanium Alloy Series: Gr5/ BT6 (TC4, Ti-6Al-4V, the most commonly used high-strength alloy), Gr7, Gr9/ BT3-1, Gr11, Gr12/ ПТ-3В, Gr23/ BT6C (Biocompatible Ti-6Al-4V ELI), etc. - Offer higher strength, high-temperature resistance, and fatigue resistance.

High-Temperature Aerospace Alloys:

TA19/ BT25 (Ti-6242, Ti-6Al-2Sn-4Zr-2Mo): A near-alpha titanium alloy with exceptional high-temperature stability and creep resistance up to 500-550°C. It's used for critical components like turbine parts, afterburner structures, and high-pressure compressor blades in the aerospace and motorsports industries.

Ti-6246/ ВТ25У (Ti-6Al-2Sn-4Zr-6Mo): An alloy with excellent thermal processing performance and high strength, suitable for long-term use at temperatures around 420°C and short-term use up to 540°C.

Advanced Medical Alloys:

Ti-6Al-7Nb: An α+β alloy developed for medical implants, using non-toxic Niobium (Nb) to replace Vanadium (V), enhancing biosafety. It has been widely recognized by the medical community and has high strength after heat treatment.

High-Quality Raw Materials: Utilizing high-purity titanium sponge and alloy elements, produced through advanced vacuum melting technologies (e.g., Vacuum Arc Remelting - VAR) to create high-purity titanium ingots, ensuring the quality of the bar's material source.

Precision Bar Forming: Subsequently, titanium bars/rods are manufactured through rigorously controlled forging, hot rolling, and precision cold drawing and/or cold rolling processes, optimizing grain structure and ensuring their density, uniformity, and excellent mechanical properties.

Precision Heat Treatment: Implementing precise annealing, solution treatment, and/or aging treatments to relieve processing stress, optimize grain structure, and ensure the material's ductility, strength, and long-term stability in use.

High-Precision Machining: Offering turning, grinding, polishing, and other machining services to ensure precise bar dimensions and surface finish, meeting high-precision application demands.

Rigorous Quality Testing (INSPECTIONS):

Metallographic Analysis: Evaluation of grain size and microstructure to ensure conformity with standards and final application requirements.
