Material Grades:

Pure Titanium Series: 

Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, Gr4 (Offering excellent corrosion resistance and good formability, ideal for general corrosion-resistant or non-structural applications).

Titanium Alloy Series: 

Gr5 (Ti-6Al-4V, known for high strength and lightweight properties), Gr7 (enhanced corrosion resistance with Palladium), Gr9 (Ti-3Al-2.5V, good strength and formability), Gr10, Gr11, Gr12 (excellent crevice corrosion resistance), Gr16, Gr17, Gr23 (Biocompatible Ti-6Al-4V ELI), etc.

Manufacturing Standards:

Seamless Square/Rectangle Tubes: 

Primarily traceable to ASTM B861, ASME SB861 (for seamless titanium pipe) and ASTM B338, ASME SB338 (for seamless titanium tube, often used as raw material for cold forming).

Welded Square/Rectangle Tubes: 

Primarily traceable to ASTM B338, ASME SB338 (for welded titanium tube), with raw materials traceable to ASTM B265 (Titanium and Titanium Alloy Plate, Sheet, and Strip).

Other International General Standards: 

JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards), DIN (German Institute for Standardization), GOST (State Standard of the Russian Federation), ISO (International Organization for Standardization), etc.

Rigorous Quality Testing (INSPECTIONS):

Raw Material Inspection: Chemical Composition Analysis (Spectro Test).

Geometric Dimensional Inspection: Visual Inspection, precise measurement of side lengths, wall thickness, straightness, corner radii, and twist.

Mechanical Properties Testing: Yield and Tensile Strength, Elongation, Hardness, Flattening Test, Flaring Test.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)： Eddy Current Test, Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Hydrostatic Test, Pneumatic Test (for sealed structures).

Traceability: Comprehensive material reports and third-party certificates are available upon request.
