Commercially Pure (CP) Titanium Series: Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, Gr4 (offering high ductility, excellent corrosion resistance, and good weldability, suitable for chemical linings, battery electrodes, precision stamped parts).

Titanium Alloy Series: Gr5 (Ti-6Al-4V, high strength, for aerospace structures), Gr7 (enhanced crevice corrosion resistance), Gr9 (Ti-3Al-2.5V, combining good strength with formability), Gr11, Gr12 (excellent resistance to acids and reducing media), Gr23 (Biocompatible Ti-6Al-4V ELI, for medical implants), etc.

Controlled Heat Treatment: Implementing multi-pass vacuum annealing or protective atmosphere annealing treatments, which helps to ensure good flexibility, ductility, and stable performance of titanium coil/strip in subsequent processing and actual applications by optimizing material grain structure and relieving internal stresses.

High-Precision Slitting & Edge Processing: Employing high-precision slitting equipment to ensure precise strip width, and offering various edge treatments to meet customers' specific requirements for edge quality.

Rigorous Quality Testing (INSPECTIONS):

Raw Material & In-Process Inspection: Chemical Composition Analysis, precise thickness and width measurement (online and offline), high-precision visual and automated detection of surface defects (pinholes, scratches).

Mechanical Properties Testing: Tensile Strength, Yield Strength, Elongation, Hardness, Bend Test, etc.

Metallographic & Corrosion Testing: Metallographic Analysis (for microstructure evaluation), Corrosion Test for specific applications.

Traceability: Comprehensive material reports are provided, ensuring complete traceability from raw material to finished product, with support for independent third-party certification.
