Titanium Alloy Series: Gr5 (Ti-6Al-4V, high strength, for aerospace structures), Gr7 (enhanced crevice corrosion resistance), Gr9 (Ti-3Al-2.5V, combining good strength with formability), Gr11, Gr12 (excellent resistance to acids and reducing media), Gr16, Gr17, Gr23 (Biocompatible Ti-6Al-4V ELI, for medical implants), etc.
General Standard: ASTM B265 / ASME SB265 (Standard Specification for Titanium and Titanium Alloy Plate, Sheet, and Strip).
Aerospace Standard: AMS 4911 (Ti-6Al-4V Alloy Sheet/Strip/Plate, Annealed).
Biomedical Standards: ASTM F136 (Standard Specification for Wrought Titanium-6Aluminum-4Vanadium ELI (Extra-Low Interstitial) Alloy for Surgical Implant Applications), ASTM F67 (Standard Specification for Unalloyed Titanium, for Surgical Implant Applications).

Thickness: Available with a range from 0.01mm (0.0004") to 0.5mm (0.02") for precision titanium foil.
Width: Custom widths available upon request.. Custom narrow strips or slitting are supported.
Length: Typically supplied in coil form; custom lengths are available upon request.
Surface Finish: Available in pickled, bright annealed, matte, or custom surface conditions to meet specific optical, bonding, or biocompatibility requirements.

Raw Material & In-Process Inspection: Chemical Composition Analysis, precise thickness measurement (online and offline), high-precision visual and automated detection of surface defects (pinholes, scratches).
Mechanical Properties Testing: Tensile Strength, Yield Strength, Elongation (using specific test methods for thin materials), Hardness, etc.
Metallographic & Cleanliness Testing: Metallographic Analysis (for microstructure evaluation), Cleanliness Testing for special applications.
Traceability: Comprehensive material reports are provided, ensuring full traceability from raw material to finished product, with support for independent third-party certification.
