Grade Material:

Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, Gr4 (Pure titanium series, excellent corrosion resistance), Gr5 (Ti-6Al-4V, high strength), Gr7, Gr9, Gr11, Gr12, Gr23 (Special alloys, offering specific performance advantages), etc.

Manufacturing Standards:

Dimensions & Tolerances: Primarily conforms to ASME B16.9 (Factory-Made Wrought Butt-welding Fittings) standard.

Material & Tube Standards: Our raw materials and tube production processes are traceable to ASTM B861 (Seamless Titanium Pipe), ASTM B337 (Seamless and Welded Titanium and Titanium Alloy Pipe), ASTM B338 (Seamless and Welded Titanium and Titanium Alloy Tubes for Condensers and Heat Exchangers), and corresponding ASME SB versions.

Other International General Standards: JIS, DIN, GOST, ISO, etc. 

Size Range:

Outer Diameter (OD): Available in ranges from NPS 1/2" (approx. DN15) to NPS 48" (approx. DN1200) for elbows.

Wall Thickness (WT): Various wall thicknesses are available to meet different pressure class requirements, please inquire for specific ranges.

Bend Radius: Long Radius (1.5D) and Short Radius (1.0D) elbows are available, and other custom bend radii are supported.

Bend Angle: Standard angles such as 45°, 90°, 180°; other custom angles can be produced.

Connection Type: Butt Weld.

Rigorous Quality Testing:

Raw Material Inspection: Spectroscopic analysis of chemical composition.

Geometric Dimension Inspection: Precise measurement of bend radius, angle, wall thickness, and ovality.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Ultrasonic Testing (UT) / Radiographic Testing (RT) for welds (for welded elbows), to ensure internal quality.

Pressure Testing: Hydrostatic testing or pneumatic testing, to verify pressure resistance and sealing integrity.

Mechanical Properties Testing: Tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, hardness, etc.
